Shipping
We charge standard UPS/FEDEX Ground shipping on all orders shipped within
the continental United States, regardless of the quantity of products
ordered or the amount of the transaction. US customers also have the option
of choosing UPS/FEDEX Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select service for
an additional fee. Customers in HI and AK must choose either 2nd Day Air or
Next Day Air service for UPS, or FEDEX Ground Service.
We do not ship outside of the USA.
NOTE: We do not ship to Post Office boxes, APO address, and all items
shipped may require an adult signature for delivery.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 1-2 business day from the time the order is placed,
and take 1 to 6 business days to reach their destination. Click

the UPS map for specific delivery times for UPS Ground service. . In the
event that an Item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately.
Sales Tax
If your shipping address is in California, you will automatically be charged
8.25% sales tax. Orders shipped outside of CA are not taxed
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do NOT
accept personal checks. We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card for
your own protection. It is the safest and fastest method of payment.
No Early Credit Card Charges
When you order from Factoryprices4u.com, we don't charge your credit
card until your order has been shipped.
Price Matching
Policy
Factoryprices4u.com continually monitors the prices of our competitors in an
effort to provide the best overall prices. If you find a lower price on the
same item somewhere else, please call us for a price match quote. The
product must be identical to the one we carry, and it must be in-stock, both
in our warehouse and at the other dealer. Price match purchases are not
eligible for any other special offers. Price matching must include all
freight and tax charges and is not based on the unit "base" price.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed
We are committed to making you happy. If you are unsatisfied with your
purchase for any reason, you can return it within 15 days from the date of
purchase for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). Non
Warranty Returns are subject to a 15 % restocking fee and customer is
responsible for all freight charges.
Return policy
All returns must be in original factory condition, including all packaging
materials, inserts, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and all
accessories. Returned items that do not meet these requirements may not be credited or may be subject to a re-stocking fee greater than 20%. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need to return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail to get RA#
(Return Authorization number).
